The Blair Oaks Foundation for Education was created as a not-for-profit organization, incorporated under the laws of the State of Missouri and approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity. It is recognized as a not-for-profit organization in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, contributions and gifts to the Foundation from individuals, firms, associations, and other organizations are tax deductible.
Any member of the Board of Trustees can assist you or provide additional information about donations to the foundation. Gifts may be sent with the form below to the Blair Oaks Foundation for Education, 6124 Falcon Lane, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
